Our Perinatal Support Intensive is a thoughtfully designed program for expecting and postpartum parents who need more structured support through anxiety, depression, trauma, or adjustment challenges. Whether you’re navigating mood shifts, intrusive thoughts, or struggles with bonding and daily functioning—you’re not alone.
At Barksdale Missions, we honor the whole person and the whole family. The Birth Chat Intensive offers a warm, relationship-centered environment where healing begins through real connection and evidence-based care.
Program Highlights:
- Virtual group support sessions three times a week
- Weekly individual therapy with a Certified Perinatal Mental Health clinician
- Optional family sessions for partners or parent-infant connection
- Integrated care coordination with your OB, primary care, or psychiatric provider
